    • Once connected to a person provide
      • 506 452 0640 as a phone
      • St. Thomas University, 51 Dineen Drive, Fredericton as the address

They should then be able to trouble shoot.

They will also need your residence name and room number, in case they need to send a technician out to help you.

Tips for connecting to the Internet

  • Your Wi-Fi Network Name and Password can be found on the sticker on the front of the Bell Aliant modem.
  • A wired Internet connection requires only a network cable to be plugged into the port on the Bell Aliant router.
